1 Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Oringo Client ("the mod") or by visiting this website (oringo-client.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download or use Oringo Client.

2 License

Oringo Client is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use only. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the mod for personal gameplay.

You may not sell, sublicense, or re-distribute Oringo Client under a paid model, nor claim ownership of it or its underlying source code.

3 Permitted Use

You may use Oringo Client to enhance your personal Minecraft gameplay experience on Hypixel SkyBlock and other compatible servers.

4 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Resell or charge other users for access to Oringo Client in any form
• Claim credit for the development or authorship of Oringo Client
• Use Oringo Client to intentionally harm other players or to exploit server infrastructure maliciously
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the mod's compiled code or assets without explicit written permission from the project maintainer

5 Disclaimer of Warranties

Oringo Client is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the mod is free of bugs, compatible with all hardware or software configurations, or compliant with any server's rules or policies.

6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Oringo Client project and its contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the mod — including but not limited to account bans, data loss, game corruption, or hardware damage.

7 Third-Party Services

Oringo Client may interact with Hypixel Network and other third-party game servers and services. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms, policies, and rules. Oringo Client is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Hypixel Inc. or Mojang Studios.

8 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of Oringo Client or this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9 Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Oringo Client shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the project maintainer's residence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
